The process for homeowners begins even before they become customers. It starts with that initial call to our booking agents who are highly trained to respond to your needs and questions, no matter how unusual or complicated. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they’ll get it.
From there a product specialist goes out to spend as much time with you as you need, showing you the right product for the work you need done, answering any questions and if you’d like, providing an opportunity for you to get no- or low-interest financing approval on the spot. If something is in the way of that, we take the information to our finance representative at NH Exteriors who diligently spends a day or two seeking alternate financing on your behalf.
When a contract is signed, our Project Manager takes over, looking for any issues or anticipated issues before the project starts. He meets with the homeowner two or three times, assessing, measuring and re-measuring before any materials are ordered. We also emphasize transparency in making sure the homeowner is fully informed about everything, addressing any possible contingencies and satisfying expectations right from the start.
At the outset of the job, the Project Manager meticulously inspects all deliveries to ensure they are correct before they arrive at the jobsite, and so there is no downtime for the installers or delays for the homeowner. We believe preparation is an integral part of meeting deadlines and achieving the kind of success our customers expect.
When the project is finished, we stand by our workmanship, materials and extensive warranties and we are available anytime to follow up should the need arise. More than 15,000 projects later, since we first opened our doors, our customers continuously tell us how well it all works.
