Michael Kelekci
Operations Manager

As NH Exteriors’ Renaissance man of sorts, Michael took his first tentative steps on the company floor in the early 1990s when his father, CEO Bul Kelekci, introduced him—sippy cup and all—to the business.

During summer vacations his jobs ranged from office filing to unloading of trucks and everything in between. He learned all he could about products, service, installation and sales. In short, the business is in his blood and except for four years away to attend college in NY, he’s a bona fide New Englander, these days logging as many as 1,000 miles a week as a product specialist crisscrossing NH, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts to meet with customers.

Michael says he feels privileged when people take him into their homes—everything from historic to new construction and anything in between—calling them “personal Taj Mahals or Versailles Palaces because of what home really means to each of us.”

Kenneth Drews
Project Manager

Starting out in 2003 as a gopher and laborer for NH Exteriors, Kenneth cleaned up job sites, eventually promoted to service technician and customer service manager. He learned his job from the ground up, today traveling 1,000 to 1,500 miles each week ensuring installers are doing all work to code and manufacturer’s specifications. He can’t imagine working anywhere else.

George Jobel
Marketing Manager

George joined the company after owning his own advertising agency for 27 years. He likes “the variety of every day. Managing people, meeting goals, improving efficiency and striving to offer the very best in customer service every time can be challenging, but I thrive on it.”

George manages the company’s marketing efforts and call center. He has been active as a board member with several non-profits.  He has three daughters, five grandchildren and enjoys the great outdoors including hiking, camping and swimming.  He is a long time resident of Concord, NH.

Nicole
Accounting & Finance Manager

Nicole started her career track at NH Exteriors in 2011 as a bookkeeper, her abilities swiftly acknowledged in terms of a promotion to accounting manager. While fulfilling the company’s daily AP and AR needs, she likes the fact that “no day is the same—each is always a surprise” as she is often challenged, creatively and resourcefully, to ensure customers get “the best possible fit” financing for their home improvement needs—a top priority.

When not at work, the 20-year NH resident and her husband are busy raising an active family, as well as an even more active Maltipoo puppy who arrived from San Antonio in February. Greeting the plane was among Nicole’s greatest memories.

Weekends are spent cooking comfort food, including lasagna and baked macaroni and cheese from family recipes, with the remaining days of the week devoted to healthy eating all around, she says.

Shannon
HR and Office Manager

As the company’s office and human resources manager, Shannon’s mantra is persistence. She meets a bevy of challenges in the course of a day to keep the company’s nearly 30 employees operating resourcefully and efficiently, noting persistence is what got her “the dream job” in the first place.

Starting out as a temp in 2019, the NH native (minus a few years in Florida) was impressed by the “great and positive attitudes” she found in the workplace, believing her attitude toward accomplishing whatever needs to be done easily meshed. Though it didn’t happen right away, she was persistent, and hired permanently, assuming her dual roles in January, 2020.

On weekends, Shannon loves maintaining her greenhouse and camping and fishing with her husband and four girls. Fortunately for her husband, she says, their German Shepherd Bailey is a boy.
