Rich joined New Hampshire Exteriors as our Marketing Assistant. He obtained his Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University in 2005, and has always had an interest in Marketing.  His education, along with Management experience across a variety of industries, makes him a vital addition to our Marketing Team.

In his time away from the office, you can hear his voice on nationally syndicated talk radio, or find him in the kitchen reminiscing on his previous life as a professional cook.  Most likely, though, he’ll be in front of the TV watching MMA or playing video games.

Lilly
Booking Agent

With five active daughters and three large dogs: two Dobermans weighing in at 105 and 84 lbs. and a Boxer mix topping the scales at 72 lbs., Lilly is no shrinking violet when it comes to meeting goals and getting things done.

As a veteran member of NH Exteriors’ call center, she is effective at her job, saying “we tend to like what we’re good at.” Really listening to customers is her priority, having gotten her feet wet at an education-based call center years ago. There she had the opportunity to connect prospective students with schools that would help them improve their lives, just as helping people improve the safety, quality and beauty of their homes can have a similar impact.

In her time away from work, she takes walks with her husband, seeks out garage sales and loves to sing contemporary gospel, having once sung in a band.

Faith
Booking Agent

Faith found her calling (pun intended) with New Hampshire Exteriors based on her love for telemarketing.  Having manned the phones with two prior organizations, she understands the value of this direct contact with customers.  And bringing Joy to her customers is what drives her to be successful.

Although New Hampshire Exteriors makes Faith feel like family, once she hangs up her headset, she heads home to her partner and their son.  On beautiful days, you will find them out kayaking, swimming, or at the dog parks with their two dogs, Bailey and Bella.  When indoor activities are preferred, they enjoy playing board games together, or poker with the dogs…jk.

Dave K.
Booking Agent

Dave K. draws a parallel between the seven years he spent in customer service at a gas station and his current job in the call center at NH Exteriors.  He believes “talking with customers makes me who I am, because I love learning all about them, their needs, the history behind their houses—some of which were built in the 1800s.” He also considers that he has two families: the one at home and the one at work. “It’s awesome here. We’re not just coworkers…this company is one big family.”

A single father with a sports-oriented daughter, he can be found at all of her softball games, taking her to the beach, out for ice cream or fishing. Among his most interesting pastimes is manning her Girl Scout cookie booth, where he admits in all the time he’s been doing it he’s only seen one other father—now his best friend!
