Michael Kelekci
Operations Manager

As NH Exteriors’ Renaissance man of sorts, Michael took his first tentative steps on the company floor in the early 1990s when his father, CEO Bul Kelekci, introduced him—sippy cup and all—to the business.

During summer vacations his jobs ranged from office filing to unloading of trucks and everything in between. He learned all he could about products, service, installation and sales. In short, the business is in his blood and except for four years away to attend college in NY, he’s a bona fide New Englander, these days logging as many as 1,000 miles a week as a product specialist crisscrossing NH, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts to meet with customers.

Michael says he feels privileged when people take him into their homes—everything from historic to new construction and anything in between—calling them “personal Taj Mahals or Versailles Palaces because of what home really means to each of us.”

Kenneth Drews
Project Manager

Starting out in 2003 as a gopher and laborer for NH Exteriors, Kenneth cleaned up job sites, eventually promoted to service technician and customer service manager. He learned his job from the ground up, today traveling 1,000 to 1,500 miles each week ensuring installers are doing all work to code and manufacturer’s specifications. He can’t imagine working anywhere else.

Nicole
Accounting & Finance Manager

Nicole started her career track at NH Exteriors in 2011 as a bookkeeper, her abilities swiftly acknowledged in terms of a promotion to accounting manager. While fulfilling the company’s daily AP and AR needs, she likes the fact that “no day is the same—each is always a surprise” as she is often challenged, creatively and resourcefully, to ensure customers get “the best possible fit” financing for their home improvement needs—a top priority.

When not at work, the 20-year NH resident and her husband are busy raising an active family, as well as an even more active Maltipoo. Meeting the puppy was among Nicole’s greatest memories.

Weekends are spent cooking comfort food, including lasagna and baked macaroni and cheese from family recipes, with the remaining days of the week devoted to healthy eating all around, she says.
