What Gilmanton Needs From A Roofing Company

Your roof protects your home, your belongings and your family – it’s pretty important. When you need a need a new roof you need 5 things from your roofing company:

1.) Quality Materials
2.) A Competitive Price
3.) A Quality Installation
4.) A Great Warrantee
5.) A reputable company that returns your calls and can perform warrantee work if the need ever arises.

Perhaps we aren’t the only ones, but we are the company described above. NH Exteriors, Inc. was started in 1992 by two partners. One retired in 2020, but the company is still family owned and operated, still in the original location, and going stronger than ever! Since 1992 we have completed over 15,000 projects and have over 5,000 repeat customers, families just like yours. We ONLY do residential properties, mostly homes, but can do your barn, garage, workshop or other structures at your residence.

We offer 3 kinds of roofs: asphalt shingles, agricultural panels, and standing seam metal (SSM) roofs.

Asphalt Singles: A quick drive through Gilmanton will confirm that most homes still have asphalt shingles. They are strong, attractive and require the least investment. We offer several brands but principally install GAF products because of their value and resilience. Being the nation’s largest shingle manufacturer, they know about roofs! They also know and understand contractors, and they have certified us, NH Exteriors, as a Master Elite™ roofing contractor, a designation earned by fewer than 2% of North America’s roofers.

Metal Roofs: We also do metal roofing. Metal is becoming increasing popular because of its attractiveness, strength and utility. Roof raking and ice dams become distant memories, and because of their durability they are likely to be the last roof you will ever need. Agricultural panels are reasonably priced and Standing Seam Metal (SSM) roofs have taken some neighborhoods by storm. Besides their superior thermal properties and fire and weather resistance, Standing Seam Metal roofs are available in 20 colors including black, white, blue, green, copper, charcoal, red and tan. And if you are considering solar panels, you want a Standing Seam Metal roof. Solar mounts and dismounts become a breeze: your solar installer just uses clips on your roof, instead of screws. No worry about dozens of screw holes developing a leak!
